🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your grooming gear. If something isn’t right, we’ve got your back.

✅ Returns:

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.

• Email support@beerforbeards.com to initiate your return.

💸 Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, snap a photo and email us within 5 days of delivery — we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
